What is the “bus tour”?

Several times a year, hundreds of people gather to learn about real estate from Armando Montelongo. Along with Armando, there are instructors, bus leaders and real estate agents who help the students achieve the utmost success. It’s a mix of in-room training and getting on the buses to see potentially profitable properties.

Will we be able to purchase the houses that we see?

Yes. You will have the option to make an offer to potentially fix up and flip every property that you see.
