I’m a single mom and have NO money as we speak right now so from what I’m reading, it wont’ be probable to start because I can’t even put a down payment. As returned students for the second time. The October bus tour solidified for us our formulas and philosophy towards our personal real estate investors program. The bus tour and the whole program was just awesome! Everything was awesome, from our basic fears to0 the actual workings of the whole process. We were like a tight knit formula living in our little real estate bubble for three days. We learned so much and achieved a level of confidence I didn’t think was possible in just 3 days! And we had fun the whole time! I can’t wait to get started. The staff was so knowledgeable and helpful the entire time and just generally seemed to care about our success. Without a doubt, attending the bus tour was the best decision I have ever made! The tone for the weekend was set at registration and continued all weekend. Armando’s staff was extremely helpful they love Armando and it shows in the way they treated us. We were truly VIPs!
Armando was there and he taught us step by step what we needed to learn to be able to successfully change our future. We were learning when we didn’t even realize we were learning and we had a blast at the same time!
Armando taught us how to evaluate the deal keeping our first priority SAFETY! We learned about exit strategies, how to take ONE action and receive multiple paydays, the importance of FHA, how to make a budget and run contractors and how to work with the banks to get your offers accepted. We learned about passive income and how to talk to people with different personality types and where to find the money.
Armando even brought experts in to teach us about asset protection, cash on cash returns and self-directed IRAs!
Then we loaded the bus and went to look at bank owned properties. We learned how to evaluate and budget a property in 10 minutes! We had experts there to ask questions and they made sure that no one was left behind. If you had questions, they were answered!
I flipped two houses before attending Armando’s VIP bus tour. The first was a huge success but the market was climbing rapidly. The second was flop! I didn’t know what I didn’t know. Armando has filled in the gaps and missing pieces of flipping and he has taught me more than I ever imagined! He taught me about personal strength and endurance and the rules of MONEY!
